During active and reserve military duty, there were constant and
major responsibilities for medical evaluation boards, and
medical aspects of aircraft accident investigation for both
military and civilian accidents in USA, West of the Mississippi
river. (1960-1970).
Public Health aspects regarding Air Force concern. This
includes food inspection, contagious diseases detection and
venereal diseases, risk management and detection, and
disability issues, including civil service and military service,
medical evaluations, processing and status determinations.
Multiple State Medical Review panels, past thirty years. Many
consultations for workmen compensation problems, disability
investigation, assistance (Pro-Bono) for veterans benefits for
veterans, past forty years.
Post hurricane Katrina investigation regarding Formaldehyde
toxicity. Established scientific basis for plaintiffs, proving that the
standard patch testing kits were showing false negative for
Formaldehyde. This investigation trumped all other counter
expert witness testimony, nationwide. It allowed the
Formaldehyde victims cases to go forward, for thousands of
victims cases.
